The wild sex life of Californication star David Duchovny is going to cost him big bucks as RadarOnline.com can reveal that his divorce to actress wife Tea Leoni has been finalized.
The actor, 53- who played a boozy womanizer on his recently-wrapped Showtime hit- is required to pay $40,000 a month to Leoni, 48, plus an additional $8,333 a month to provide for their two children, daughter Madelaine, 15 and son Kyd, 12, according to the terms of their settlement.
According to documents seen by Radar, the divorce agreement also requires Duchovny to pay for his kids’ summer camp, extracurricular activities, tutoring, private school, college and medical expenses.
The support payment is based on Duchovny’s $7.9 million annual salary.
Manhattan Divorce Court Judge Laura Drager signed off on the documents on June 18, about a year after the couple filed for divorce from their 17-year marriage.
