ABOUT: Kumail Nanjiani (“Silicon Valley,” host of the podcast “The X-Files Files”) is hosting an X-FILES marathon event with Cinefamily/FOX to be held at the Silent Movie Theater on Fairfax Ave. in Los Angeles on Sat., 1/16. Kumail is picking approximately 8 episodes from the original run of the show to be screened at the theater and he will be hosting the day’s events and recording material with special “X-Files” guests for his podcast (“The X-Files Files”) on-site. The evening will culminate in a screening of the new upcoming episode “My Struggle” premiering onSunday, Jan. 24 on FOX. Cinefamily is offering the event up to their subscribers as a free event and it will be open to the public on a first/come first served basis after subscribers/members rsvp.
The event begins at NOON and ends at approximately 10:00 PM.
