Happy times: David Duchovny made a rare public appearance with his daughter on Sunday as the pair attended a New York Knicks game with his The Big Lebowski star pal Steve Buscemi
The Californication star donned charcoal gray jeans and a loose light jumper for the big game.
David, who was awarded a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame in January for his work in the X-Files, teamed his low key outfit with white converse and casually hung a pair of sunglasses from his collar.
The actor has two children with Madam Secretary star and former wife of nearly 17 years Téa Leoni.
Their eldest, Madelaine, wore a gorgeous green leather jacket, black jeans and boots as she spent the afternoon with her dad at the game, and let her blonde tresses hang over her shoulders.
And the young basketball fan David and Steve invited along seemed thrilled to be in the prized front row seats, showing his allegiance to the New York Knicks by wearing a team shirt.
